A couple of months ago, beauty blogger/vlogger Dulce Candy had her book signing event at Barnes & Noble at The Grove here in Los Angeles and I had the chance to make it out there and interview her. As you may recall, I interviewed her back in March when we coincided at Hispanicize and I recalled her saying that she would be doing a book tour later this year which is why when I found out about it, I knew I had to be there. Not only because I wanted to support a fellow Latina blogger but also because I knew this would be a great opportunity to interview her again. I contacted her and her team and we scheduled an interview prior to her book signing event. I interviewed her and then stayed for the event. Lots of fans came to the bookstore for the opportunity to meet their favorite blogger/vlogger and to get a picture with her as well as purchase her newly released book. A big thank you to her team for making the interview possible and to Dulce Candy for being so down to earth and one of the sweetest persons I’ve met (and for remembering me lol). Dulce is such an inspiration. I need to get her book asap! I hope SF is on her book tour, would be great to see her in person.
