Hey, guys! Here is the second post about my trip to Canada. You can read the first post on Niagara Falls here.
After spending a couple of days in Niagara Falls, we headed to to visit this city. I had never been to Toronto but had heard it was a beautiful city and since we were close by (a 2 hour drive), I figured we should check it out. Toronto is such a vibrant city and the downtown area has so many skyscrapers! It reminded me so much of New York but not as many people. The downtown area was busy and somewhat crowded because we went on one of the days there was a convention there but even then, there wasn’t as many people as there usually is in New York. The skyscrapers in Toronto are huge! So much more taller than the ones we have here in Los Angeles. We took a city tour while there and I was surprised to learn about and see so much construction going on. They told us that there are currently about 700 new buildings under construction in Toronto! Money is definitely not scarce in this city! I was also surprised to learn that there are almost no old buildings in the city because most of them burned down in different fires that city had at one point. Toronto is a great city that I really enjoyed visiting. Here are some of the pictures I took while there. Enjoy!
