Hey, guys! Now that September is over, I wanted to share with you my beauty favorites of the month. These are products I have been using lately and absolutely love. These products are a little on the pricey side, but once you start getting older, it’s good to invest in a few good beauty products. I guarantee you’ll see the difference. Joanna Vargas Skincare Daily Serum 1oz-$85
This serum is AMAZING! It brightens the whole face and improves your skin texture. It makes your face glow and slowly erases the fine lines. I’ve noticed a big change in my skin since I started using it. It’s 1oz but because you only use a little bit, it lasts a long time. I’ve been using it for over a month and it still feels (weight-wise) like it’s full. It also smells delicious. Totally worth the price!!
bliss The Youth As We Know It Anti-Aging Serum 1oz-$70
This whole line of anti-aging products from bliss is great! I use two products from this line along with the aforementioned serum and it has given me great results. My skin has completely changed and some of the fine lines I started noticing have been slowly erasing. Totally recommend this and the next product.
bliss The Youth As We Know It Youth Reviving Lotion UVA/UVB protection SPF 30 1.7oz-$74
This is another product from this line that I use. I use this one during the day as it contains SPF. It’s a great addition to your skincare regimen.
bliss Daily Detoxifying Facial Toner 6.7oz-$26
I love, love, love this toner! It’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t dry and tighten my skin after using it. It cleanses very well and moisturizes but also helps minimize the appearance of pores. It’s great for using before your makeup routine. It also has a great citrus scent but isn’t too strong.
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment 2oz-$85 (.5oz-$22 or 5oz-$175)
This exfoliating treatment is the closest thing I have found to a pumpkin peel. When I tried it for the first time, I couldn’t recall what it reminded me of. After thinking for awhile, it came to me! It smelled exactly like the pumpkin peel exfoliating treatment I had done a few months ago. It smelled exactly the same and felt the same on my skin as well. Initially, it will give a burning sensation, which is how my pumpkin peel felt, but will then dissipate until it’s gone. You, then, rinse it off. No need to leave it on for too long and it produces very similar results to that peel that costs the same as this bottle, but this bottle gives you several treatments because you only use a little bit. It can be used about once a month or whenever you feel you need an intensive exfoliation.
