Hola!!! Welcome to a new week and a new edition of Cafecito con Becky!
Last week I got back from LA from a part work/part leisure trip which I will be sharing more about soon. I got back on Monday and on Wednesday I was already back at it.
On Wednesday I was invited by Mary Kay to have my makeup done by renowned makeup artist Roberto Ramos. For this I would also serve as model for the Facebook Live Mamás Latinas would be having. After that, I was escorted to the Univision Studios to get a tour of the facilities. While there, I went backstage to the Mary Kay beauty lounge of the reality show La Reina de la Canción. We also got to watch the LIVE broadcast of the semifinal show and got to meet the finalists which would be competing for the 1st place the following day. I also got to meet renowned makeup artist and Mary Kay cosmetics ambassador Luis Casco. We then ended the night with dinner at Estefan Kitchen, Emilio & Gloria Estefan’s newest restaurant in Miami. On Friday I headed over to Miami Beach for the press junket of the “All Eyez on Me” film; the new Tupac Shakur biopic that was released that day as well. I interviewed Dominic Santana, the actor who portrays Suge Knight and Eddie Gonzalez, co-writer of the film. You can read the post and watch the interview here.
I was busy with a lot of work during the weekend. Work that I needed to complete since I head to Orlando later this week for a blogger conference as well as some time off. Stay tuned for what’s up this week!
