Welcome to a new week and a new Cafecito con Becky post!

I’ve had a few weeks of non-stop events and it’s starting to catch up to me. I need some rest but this whole month will be super busy so rest will need to wait…or a vacation will need to come soon.

Last week was another busy week as well. On Tuesday, I headed along with some of my friends to our friend’s house for Taco Tuesday even though we didn’t eat tacos but rather pizza lol. Only picture I have is from a cake we had as well. We had such a great time that we’re trying to make it a weekly thing because some de-stressing is always needed.

On Wednesday morning I headed to Coral Gables to the office of Mayoral Dermatology to see Dr. Janelle Vega because I won a giveaway she was doing on her Instagram account. I was so excited because it was over $800 worth of skincare products.

That same night I headed over to the SLS Hotel in Brickell for the red carpet and launch party of actress Elizabeth Gutierrez‘s new skincare line, Ely Beauty.

On Thursday I headed over to the Arsht Center in Downtown Miami for the opening night of the Flamenco Festival. A few celebrities walked the red carpet and the show was simply amazing!

On Friday I left for Orlando for the weekend, and on Saturday, I headed with my friend Annie to Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure to spend the day and later enjoy my friend, Latin Urban singer Yandel‘s concert which was part of their Mardi Gras concert series.


Last night I returned to Miami for what seems to be an easy week ahead but we’ll see since you guys know I almost always have last minute event invites. This week so far I only have a panel I will be speaking on about social media on Wednesday, and covering Calle Ocho on Sunday, but come back next week to see if anything else pops up!
