Hello from my beautiful Puerto Rico, and welcome to another week’s edition of “Cafecito con Becky”!
Last week I was super busy but at home writing away and packing but did manage to get away some days.
On Tuesday, we met up at my friend’s house for Taco Tuesday (and tostadas)-Miami style! We had a great time preparing the tacos and chatting and laughing.
On Thursday I headed back to the new NOVUS store here at the Pembroke Lakes Mall to check out the shoes one more time and buy a pair or two. With so many beautiful shoes I couldn’t decide and ended up with 3 pairs of shoes and a purse! The staff was so awesome, super friendly and very helpful. Need and will go back. If you live in South Florida, make sure to visit them and buy a pair or two! You can read all about their Grand Opening two weeks ago here.
On Saturday I headed to downtown Miami for brunch at Dolores but you can call me Lolita with my girls as a birthday celebration for one of our friends. Her birthday is in February but we did it a few days early since she will be in NY on vacation for her birthday.
Yesterday I flew to Puerto Rico for a family vacation. My sister and parents flew in from LA and I flew in from Miami. We’ll be here for a few days before taking off on a cruise.
