Hola, hola! Welcome to this week’s edition of Cafecito con Becky!
Since my return from LA, things have been a little slow around Miami since it seems everyone is still trying to get back on track, including myself, which is why last week was a little slow events-wise.
On Thursday I made it to the Grand Opening of Novus Shoes at the Pembroke Lakes Mall. Novus is a shoe store (although they also carry accessories and purses) native to Puerto Rico which due to the increasing Puerto Rican presence in the state of Florida has decided to expand outside of Puerto Rico and into the Miami/Broward area. More details and pictures from the Grand Opening later this week in another post, but for now, here are a few pictures from that day.
That same night, after the event, I headed to my friend’s house who had invited me and another friend over for a girl’s night of Pizza and a Movie. I had such a great time with my girls; it was a girl’s night very much needed. We watched Me Before You even though two of us had already watched it, we loved it so much, we didn’t mind watching it again. Yes, we cried at the end, again. We were so into our chat and later the movie that no pictures were taken except before leaving when I discovered my friend’s perfect #OOTD mirror, and even though I didn’t technically have an “outfit” on, I took a picture to remember that night.
This week we have another girl’s night scheduled, yay! Besides that, I’ll be busy writing away and packing! I leave this weekend to a tropical destination so stay tuned for more info!
