Boots No7 Protect & Perfect {review}

I’ve been using a new line of skincare products for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Lately I’ve been told that my skin looks younger and smoother and it’s because of the two products I incorporated into my nighttime skincare regimen and I wanted to share it with you.

As some of you might recall, several months ago I started using the Neutrogena Pore Refining line and it really helped with my pores but my skin still wasn’t feeling or looking its best so I decided to shop around. On one of my trips to Target (which are about once or twice a week now…oops) and started looking at the creams. I bumped into the Boots No7 line and started reading the packaging. I decided to give it a try and I noticed a difference right away. I love, love, love these two products! It has softened my skin, as well as erased some fine lines I had across my forehead. I’m really happy with the results. They have several products but these are the only two I purchased and used since they’re the ones that best fit what I was looking for. There’s also an eye cream but I didn’t purchase it since I really like the one I’m using now.

After cleansing my face, I apply the Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Advanced Anti Aging Serum Bottle all over my face and neck and wait about a minute for it to set before applying the night cream. Serums should always be applied first before you apply anything else because it tends to penetrate deep into the skin and has the best effect when touching your bare skin. This serum comes in two different versions, an advanced one and an intense advanced one, so make sure you pick up the right one if you decide to check it out. I use the one shown above, which is the advanced one. The price is very affordable for what it does and compared to other high end creams. It retails at $22.49 at Target, but they also sell it at Ulta and online.

I then apply the Boots No7 Protect and Perfect Night Cream all over my face and neck as well. The cream is rich and creamy so you don’t need to apply much. I love the way it feels once you apply it all over. There is also an intense version for this night cream as well as a day cream. I tend to use the Neutrogena Pore Refining moisturizer as my day cream because it’s much lighter so it’s best for use under makeup which is why I haven’t tried out this day cream. The night cream also retails for $22.49 at Target, and they also sell it at Ulta and online. I highly recommend both of these products!

Target also has a gift set which includes both of these products as well as the day cream for $49.49 which is a really good deal! I didn’t purchase it because they were sold out when I bought these but I’m thinking of getting it next time.
