A few weeks ago I had the chance to check out and drive the 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring for a week, and I couldn’t have been more excited! To top it off, it was a convertible, and a convertible in Miami sounds just perfect! My mom was visiting me when I received the vehicle so she was also excited to check it out. In true Miami form, I decided to take it to Miami Beach and put the top down while we drove around like tourists! It was so much fun! Of course, some salsa music was playing too. Check out where the Mazda took us that week.

Isn’t she a beauty? This is when they had just dropped it off at my house.

And we’re off to South Beach/Miami Beach! My mom was enjoying the drive, here with the top down!

I absolutely loved this Mazda Miata! It was so cute and I got a few people who complimented me on my cool car! I loved that it’s a gas saver, a convertible, that it has a sport mode and how sleek & fancy it looks. One of the most important features in the car, at least for me, was that it had an automatic transmission which I was actually surprised to learn since I assumed these kinds of vehicles only came in manual transmissions (stick shift). That would’ve been a problem since I don’t drive stick shift; don’t know how. I also loved that the interior was leather and was a beautiful tan color. The vehicle also had the cool feature of push button to turn it on and off. Another one of the features that I loved but didn’t really get to use since it didn’t rain that week was the rain sensing windshield wipers! How cool is that?! I was told that as soon as it senses the water, they will automatically turn on! The car has a lot of cool features that surprisingly are standard and the price is also a nice one! Vehicle as mentioned retails at $32,ooo! Not bad! The car is small though which is why I would have it as an additional car that I would most likely use on the weekends or on trips to the beach. If you’re looking for a nice looking sports vehicle, definitely check this one out!

Here are a few more pictures I took of the car.

*Special thanks to Mazda for letting me drive this vehicle for a week!*
