Hello and welcome to another week and another edition of “Cafecito con Becky”!

Last week on Monday I had a beauty event with Clarins. The event took place at the Carillon Hotel in Miami Beach with a makeup class from celebrity makeup and hair stylist Marco Peña. We were also introduced to Clarins’ new Fall makeup and the latest beauty products, which we also got to take home! Can’t wait to try them out. I already tried one of the boosters and loved it! Review on the products coming soon. I got to enjoy the class with my girls Franchesca and Ana Cristina, and with some other girls you might recognize 😉 The hotel had some beautiful views of Miami Beach as well so of course, I snapped some pictures.

Had to snap a selfie with the amazing lighting they had for the makeup class! I need one of these in my room!

On Wednesday I uploaded my first post from a series of posts I will be uploading for Hispanic Heritage Month. It talks about the day my Puerto Rican identity was questioned. It’s a very interesting read that I hope you take a few minutes to read. You can read it here. The second post will be uploaded this week.

On Saturday I had two events. In the morning I attended a panel my friend Ana Cristina would be speaking on about how media and journalism has changed in the last few years. It was a very interesting panel.

After that we were invited to tour the Univision and Fusion Newsport. Our friend Enriqueta joined us as well. If you watch Noticiero Univisión then you’ll recognize some of the places in these pictures.

Right after that I headed to Downtown Miami to a blogger brunch I had scheduled. The brunch took place at Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita Restaurant. It was my first time visiting the restaurant although I had heard about it before and how good it was. The restaurant surely did not disappoint! Their brunch was delicious! We brunched, networked, chatted and celebrated with champagne.
