Hello, and welcome to another edition of “Cafecito con Becky”!
Last week I was super busy with a few unscheduled events and some that were already planned.
On Tuesday I headed to Brickell to the Conrad Miami hotel invited by the Chile Tourism Company for a media cocktail event.
On Wednesday I headed to the Floral Queens event at the Miami Flower Market for a night of cocktails and flower crowns. It was an event hosted by a blogger for other fellow bloggers to get to know each other over some cocktails and a flower crown making class. We all found out that it’s super hard to make these flower crowns but we succeeded and had a great time doing so! We had the privilege of having in attendance Miss Cayman Islands who is gorgeous! She is in Miami doing her training to compete in Miss World and later in Miss Universe. I was able to snap a selfie with her while we were making our crowns! After the event, I headed to dinner with my friend Stephanie who was also in attendance.
On Friday after meeting with some friends for coffee (no picture, sorry), later that night I headed to Punch to celebrate my friend, Franchesca‘s birthday along with several of our friends. We had a great time.

On Saturday morning I met with my friend Dawn for breakfast (no picture, sorry). Even though she’s based in Miami, she travels a lot for work so whenever she is in town, we take advantage and get together to catch up. Later that night I met with a lot of my friends in downtown Miami to attend the concert JLO would be having in support of Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Performances would also include Cuban duo Gente de Zona as well as Marc Anthony. We all had VIP tickets so we had assigned seating and were all pretty close to each other so we were able to enjoy the concert together. After the concert we all headed to a bar close by to enjoy some drinks.
This week I will be very busy with a few events I have scheduled as well as a few get togethers with friends. I also need to finish up some stuff before I head to Orlando this weekend. Make sure to check back next week for all the updates and info!
